A quality application form is the sign of a well-defined hiring process. A four-page form sends your applicant a message that this job is an important one.
The application form can be downloaded as a MS Word document in the event that you want to make some changes. However, you should have it reprinted on a 11” x 17” single sheet of paper. Any place that does copying can handle this for you.

An employee handbook is not longer a luxury for a bowling center, it is an essential. The complexity of today’s employee issues demand that you have your bases covered.
This generic handbook covers all the issues and more. As you will see, there are many policies from which to choose. Some will be highly relevant to your center; others may not be.
The handbook is done as a MS Word document. All you have to do is cut and paste the policies that you want to include in your employee manual. So if don’t have a handbook or want to update the one you have, now is the opportunity.

Probably the most important thing any employee wants to know is “How am I doing?” Employee’s who are unsure of how their supervisor feels about them, are employees who spend more time than they should worrying whether their performance is satisfactory or not. This anxiety can lead to uneven performance at the very least.
This evaluation form can be downloaded in MS Word Document format. This gives you the opportunity to change or add evaluation questions unique to your center. This document comes with instructions on how to effectively use this evaluation.
