JOLLY TIME POP CORN INKS EXCLUSIVE DEAL WITH BOWLING INDUSTRY TO OFFER AN ON-PACK FREE GAME

Promotional Agreement makes JOLLY TIME The "Official Pop Corn of Strike Ten Entertainment"

ARLINGTON, TX – May 27, 2009 - JOLLY TIME Pop Corn announced today that it has teamed up with Strike Ten Entertainment, the marketing arm of the bowling industry, in a two-year marketing partnership. The new alliance recognizes JOLLY TIME as the "Official Pop Corn of Strike Ten Entertainment" and includes up to 4 million JOLLY TIME Pop Corn on-pack coupons for a free game of bowling. JOLLY TIME Pop Corn has been enjoyed by Americans since 1914 and will now partner with one of America’s favorite pastimes.

Millions of pop corn fans across the United States will be made aware of the on-pack promotion via an extensive marketing plan from JOLLY TIME.  In September, a three month long national display contest begins with family focused, bowling themed displays featuring a variety of JOLLY TIME Pop Corn products appearing in grocery stores across the US.  A national FSI in September will call out the on-pack FREE Game of Bowling offer to over 132 million Sunday newspaper readers.  Additional support includes posters in participating Strike Ten Entertainment member centers across the country, online support at both www.jollytime.com and Strike Ten Web sites www.gobowling.com and www.bowl.com, and branding presence at three major national bowling events: USBC Queens, Clash of Champions, and USBC U.S. Women's Open.
