The International Bowling Campus ("IBC") is the home to multiple companies that have come together to grow the sport of bowling. Those companies include the United States Bowling Congress, Bowling Proprietors' Association of America, and the International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame.
The Administrative Assistant for the Bowling Proprietors' Association of America accomplishes objectives by planning and evaluating daily data processing activities. This position is responsible for all data pertaining to membership and other projects as determined by the Director of Membership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains an accurate database of bowling centers and membership within the BPAA.
- Maintains data base history pertaining to membership.
- Creates invoices for annual membership renewal and new memberships.
- Processes all dues – including payment plans and ACH plans.
- Performs monthly reviews with the financial department to ensure dues accuracy.
- Creates various membership reports from database.
- Achieves excellent customer satisfaction in providing resolve to customer complaints
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans relating to the database.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to the Membership Department.
Qualifications:
- Accounting and database processing/analytics
- Command of MS Office and database systems
- Project coordination
- Process focus and process improvement
- Customer Service via telephone
- Experience in administrative functions
