There is a center locally that closed in October due to tax problems. The owners are offering 1 year free rent. My concerns are that the league bowlers who got shut out will not come back and that the former management has poisoned the community. The center is about 50 years old and in fair material shape. I have a background in management and customer service. Is this worth taking on? There is a center about 8 miles away in opposite directions. |
